In the north lies a wild land... Where wolves run free and always will. Rain from the mountains brings life with warmth and death with cold, even the heavens rain their stars to the earth here.

Moonlit Mountain Peak

For the wolves who can make the journey, there is no better place to seek guidance from the moon and the stars when the weather permits. The mystical place of many a wolven legend, on a clear night the full moon can touch the earth here and anyone who comes to gain knowledge from the spirits.

Valley of Disaster

Named so after the horrible battle that was waged here long ago. Though the details of the struggle have faded with time, lonesome ghosts are said to still stalk the grounds where they died.

Granite Bay

~UNCLAIMED~ So called for the deep gray stone "teeth" that rise various heights above the shore here. Cliffs jet out from the mountainside far above the sea, and if one were to walk far enough around and down, the rocky shores are met by giant, old trees. The sky always seems misty, and even when the sun warms the bay, the overall look is that of mid-winter. Even the roiling waters are gray, and the area has a feeling of great melancholy.

The Caves

~UNCLAIMED~ Just on the other side of granite bay is a stone hill. Surrounded by ancient forests, it's origins are unknown. 20 or so giant caves are carved out of it, leading deep inside... Few wolves venture too far into the darkness, but it is said that these caves may lead to a underground paradise...

Meadow of Mist

~UNCLAIMED~ Back within the walls of seaside trees, a cool, salty mist covers the always-green grass. Everything has the light smell and taste of salt, and if one can get past the blotted-out sky, it is a very refreshing, pleasant place, the only one kept from winter snows.

Heart of the Forest

~UNCLAIMED~ Deep within the dark of the trees is a place filled with mystery and quiet. The buzz of magic seems to electrify the air, and birds do not sing for fear of disturbing the peace. In areas the trees are gone, leaving sun-drenched clearings. Here the light dances off of everything it touches, making the scene even more breath-taking.

Mountain Lowlands

~UNCLAIMED~ The territory where the mountains meet the forest, various prey and various wolves can be found here. Hard times barely ever befall this area, as the river running through it never freezes over even in the coldest of winters and storms are scarce.

Southern Mountains

~UNCLAIMED~ Closest to the forest, this part of the range doesn't get such harsh weather. Seasons bring too much or too little, and in some places waterfalls can be found. However; bears, hawks, wolverines and the like also wander this territory, so danger is always a possibility.

Northern Mountains

~Alphas: Ryota & Nieve~ The range farthest north in the land, where the inhabitants are truely wild. Fierce weather, accompanied by dangerous animals and scattered shelter make this a land for the truely tough. There is always snow, and often the nights are filled with the howl of the biting wind and the song of the lonesome wolves who lurk in the dark.
